اجتماع مرتقب لـ"حقوق إنسان النواب" حول الاستراتيجية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان

تعقد لجنة حقوق الإنسان بمجلس النواب برئاسة النائب طارق رضوان اجتماعا يوم الأحد الموافق 9 مايو 2021، للقاء الأمانة الفنية للجنة العليا الدائمة لحقوق الإنسان لاستعراض أبرز مخرجات الإستراتيجية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والتي قد صدر قرارًا بإنشاء اللجنة العليا الدائمة لحقوق الإنسان برئاسة السيد وزير الخارجية وعضوية عدد من الوزارات والجهات الوطنية المختصة.

الجدير بالذكر ان الرؤية الإستراتيجية ومرتكزاتها الرئيسية، ومختلف مراحل إعدادها وآلية تنفيذها، وكذلك المحاور التى تعالجها الإستراتيجية، والأهداف التي تتوخاها وفي مقدمتها تعزيز حقوق المواطن المصري وإرساء مبدأ المساواة، من خلال تأطير الجهود الوطنية بين مختلف الوزارات والجهات، فضلا عن التعاون المستدام بين جميع الأطراف، بما في ذلك المجتمع المدني.

وأشار النائب / طارق رضوان رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان بمجلس النواب، أن دور المجلس التشريعي التاكد من توافق أطر ورؤي وتطبيقات المؤسسات التنفيذية بما يتوافق مع  تعزيز واحترام وحماية كافة الحقوق والحريات المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية الواردة بالدستور وبالاتفاقيات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التى انضمت مصر لها .

The Committee for Human Rights in The House of Representatives headed by Deputy Tarek Radwan shall hold a meeting on Sunday, May 9, 2021, with the Technical Secretariat of the Permanent Supreme Committee for Human Rights to review the most prominent outcomes of the National Strategy for Human Rights, which was issued according to the Prime Minister decree to establish the Permanent Higher Committee for Human Rights headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and membership of various ministries and national authorities concerned.

 It is worth noting that the strategic vision and its main pillars, the various stages of its preparation and the mechanism of its implementation, as well as the axes addressed by the strategy, and the objectives it envisages, foremost among which is the promotion of rights of the Egyptian citizen and the establishment of the principle based on equality, through the framing of the national efforts between the various ministries and agencies, as well as sustainable cooperation between all parties.  , Including the civil society.

 MP Radwan, Chairman Committee for Human Rights, indicated that the role of the Legislative body resembled in the Egyptian House of Representatives role is to ensure that the frameworks, visions and applications of the executive institutions are consistent with the promotion, respect and protection of all civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights and freedoms stipulated in the Constitution and international human rights agreements to which Egypt has joined.
